Bonnie Boyer

Bonnie has enjoyed a successful real estate career in the Denver area since 1980. She specializes in providing a personal “hands on” approach by giving clients her full attention. She is thorough, personable, and easy-going, yet she is a tough negotiator for her clients. She exhibits “a great combination of real estate acumen and negotiating skills”, one of Bonnie’s top clients wrote. She does not confine herself to working only in one area, in one price range, nor with a single age group. “No price range is too high nor too low”. She also works with both buyers and sellers. Bonnie represents in-town and relocating buyers. She markets and sells a diversity of properties to include everything from mansions in the Country Club, land in Greenwood Village, to condos in The Waterford.

Bonnie has a background in real estate, teaching, and relocation, a perfect combination for an excellent, diverse realtor. Her father was an attorney, a realtor, and an insurance agent, and her mother was a teacher. Bonnie has an undergraduate degree in English literature from DePauw University and her MA in Education. She has taught high school and college English. Bonnie ’s husband , who is retired from the Air Force, provided 20 years of relocation along with the opportunity to buy and sell multiple homes in several states. When the family arrived in Denver in 1979, real estate was already in Bonnie’s mindset.

What Bonnie can offer her clients is a vast knowledge of the complex workings of today’s real estate market and her huge base of business connections. She has close relationships with multiple firms (such as Newmont Mining, Hewlett Packard, Janus, Lockheed Martin, United Airlines, Deloitte and Touche), relocation companies, attorneys, investors, referring realtors, estate dissolution and placement companies, and most importantly her past clients/friends.
